  • Notre estimation aboutit au résultat suivant : 1 000 euros de travaux ne diminuerait en moyenne la facture énergétique que de 8,4 € par an.
  • Comment alors expliquer la modestie de ces impacts ? Une première explication tient au fait que la première motivation exprimée par les ménages réalisant des travaux de rénovation énergétique n’est pas l’économie d’énergie, mais le confort. Or améliorer son confort équivaut en pratique à augmenter la température intérieure du logement
  • Plus de confort, moins de déperdition d’énergie mais au total plus de consommation d’énergie. C’est « l’effet rebond ».
